The school organised a scintillating show on ‘Metamorphosis’. The children spoke at length about the life cycle of a butterfly and its various stages. The vibrant props added gleam to the show. Children dressed as eggs, caterpillars, chrysalis, and butterflies enchanted the audience with their mesmerising dance performance.

A one-hour ‘Transgender Welfare Awareness Camp’ was organised by the Social Welfare, Women, and Child Development Department, Chandigarh Administration, in association with the Transgender Protection Cell, Chandigarh, at the school. Nearly six private schools from Cluster 1, Chandigarh, participated in the event to raise awareness about the protection and rights of transgenders. Amit, counsellor, Transgender Protection Cell, Chandigarh, took an enlightening session to promote acceptance and inclusivity of transgenders in society. Nearly 200 students and teachers attended the seminar.

The special assembly for the alumni meet at the school was a memorable event that celebrated connections across generations. The assembly featured a graceful Manipuri dance performance that captivated the audience with its traditional elegance. A creative fashion show showcasing newspaper dresses added an innovative touch to the event, emphasising sustainability and creativity, while a high-energy dance sequence had the audience tapping along. The assembly concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing appreciation for the participation and support of the students, faculty, and alumni. Special selfie booths, school tours, and interaction sessions with current students were organised, adding to the day’s excitement.

The annual celebration of the school was held in a befitting manner at the Indra Dhanush Auditorium in Panchkula. The theme of the event was ‘Parivartan from Gurukul to Google’. The event began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the director of the school. The cultural programme began with a soul-stirring classical dance performance on Gaytri Mantra. The attraction of the evening was a mesmerising performance of the tiny tots.

The Department of International Affairs of the group signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with three international institutions—Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Cyprus; Britts Imperial University College, Sharjah, UAE; and Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, Germany. These partnerships will reinforce students and faculty with global exposure, diverse learning opportunities and avenues for academic research, and cultural exchanges.
Aryans Group of Colleges, Mohali
The group organised singing auditions for its students. Out of around 30 students, two made it to the finals. Vandana, Kaushik, Lovedeep, Kamaljeet, Ritesh, Sukhmani, Mahekpreet, Kamaljeet, Avonpreet, Samiksha, Nikki, Harman, Farhat, Dhara, Yuvraj Para, Nawaz, Charan Preet, and Ejaaz were among those who participated in the event. Punjabi model, singer, and actor Ravneet judged the auditions.

The university organised a ‘Hip Hop Talent Hunt Show’ to provide students with an opportunity to showcase their talents. In his address, Dr Zora Singh, Chancellor, appreciated the students’ dedication and talent. The winners of the event were awarded certificates.

The university has been ranked 161st in the world and 13th in India in the inaugural Times Higher Education Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2025. Developed in collaboration with Schmidt Science Fellows, this ranking celebrates universities excelling in interdisciplinary research-an approach that is becoming increasingly important to tackle complex global challenges. Among 749 universities from 92 countries, the university featured among the top 200. It was also awarded the seventh position in India under the Process Pillar.
