The school celebrated the 76th Republic Day with enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The event began with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem. Students showcased their talent through performances, including patriotic songs. The cultural programme reflected the country’s heritage and diversity. In her address, the principal commended the students for their stellar performances and underscored the importance of upholding the values enshrined in the Constitution. She expressed pride in the students and staff for their commitment to fostering patriotism and a sense of responsibility towards the nation. Shishu Niketan, Sector 66, Mohali

The school organised a ‘quiz competition’ on Republic Day, where all four houses of Class 8 competed against each other. Nilgiri House emerged victorious, while Aravali House secured second place.
