Students of Class XI attended an enlightening session at the Indian School of Business. They were apprised of the various courses available at the institute. The students were also guided regarding the benefits of pursuing courses at the institute. Children were encouraged to come forward and display their creative ideas. Towards the end the students were given a guided tour of the entire campus.

Bhavan Vidyalaya, New Chandigarh

Students of classes VI and IX of Bhavan Vidyalaya, New Chandigarh, visited the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research – Institute of Microbial Technology (CSIR-IMTECH), Sector 39, as part of the school’s industrial outreach programme. The educational visit included a guided tour of the research facilities, laboratories, and an interactive session with the scientists working at the institute. The visit provided them an opportunity to witness the practical applications of theoretical knowledge, as they were introduced to the various aspects of microbiology.

Kids ‘R’ Kids School, Chandigarh

Kids ‘R’ Kids School celebrated its annual programme ‘Moments of Merriment’, featuring impressive performances by students from classes IV to VI. The event was a showcase of talent, culture and creativity. The programme began with an uplifting welcome song, followed by the graceful ‘Tridevi Dance’. A lively skit based on The Wizard of Oz captivated the audience with its themes of friendship and courage.

Bhavan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh

Bhavan Vidyalaya Junior School, Sector 33, conducted a special assembly to celebrate Raksha Bandhan. A series of meaningful activities were organised under the aegis of The Human Excellence Cell — Sanskara. The event revolved around the bond of protection and care that Raksha Bandhan symbolises, reflecting the festival’s true spirit.

Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh

Gurukul Global School Leadership Conclave concluded with motivational speeches by Vivek Atray and Deepak Dhiman. Atray emphasised the importance of leadership and the need for young minds to adopt role models, while Dhiman highlighted the relevance of time and the importance of seizing opportunities. Insightful discussions, and networking across various committees, including AIPPM, UNSC, BCCI, UNGA, RAW, PDC and BR, were also held.

PML SD School

Chandigarh: An astronomy workshop was conducted at PMLSD Public School, Sector 32, for the students. The event highlighted scientific space achievements. Students were made aware of the advent of re-usable rockets and vacations in international space station (ISS).

Gillco International School, Mohali

Parampreet Singh, a student of Gillco International School participated in the World Youth Forum Future Economics Leadership Summit 2024, held in Hong Kong. This international event brought together young minds from around the globe to discuss pressing global issues, share innovative ideas and to collaborate on solutions for a better future. He was selected from a competitive pool of 75 teams from 10 countries and delivered a compelling presentation.
