SD Business School has signed an MoU with IIM-Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) to support and assist the B-school in setting up an incubator on its premises and foster entrepreneurship in the region.
The MoU was signed by KL Dhingra, Director, SD Business School, and Subhrangshu Sanyal, CEO, IIM-Calcutta Innovation Park.
The IIMCIP, a technology business incubator (TBI) supported by the Centre’s Department of Science and Technology, is a not-for-profit company formed under the aegis of IIM-Calcutta to work towards promoting and supporting entrepreneurship development and nurturing innovation across India.
As per the agreement, the IIMCIP will offer mentorship support to the B-school to set up and run the incubator and will act as a knowledge partner for entrepreneurship development related programmes with governments as well as corporates.
