SD College archers hit bull's eye
Chandigarh, December 1
GGDSD College, Sector 32, won the Panjab University Inter-College Archery Championship (men) for recurve event.
GHG Khalsa College, Gursar Sadhar, claimed the second position and Govind National College, Narangwal, finished at third spot.
In the individual category, Manpreet Singh claimed the gold medal, followed by Fateh Singh Virk at second position and Sagar Kumawat at third.
Meanwhile, the PU Campus team reached the final of the Inter-College Tennis Championship with a 2-1 win over the PGGC, Sector 11. In another semifinal, DAV College-10, beat GGDSD College 2-0. — TNS
