AAP candidate and former Mohali Mayor Kulwant Singh received a shot in the arm after the Muslim community, led by 32 Imams from the Mohali Assembly constituency, extended open support to him.

Former Mohali councillor Harpal Singh Channa said the manner in which Kulwant Singh was intensifying door-to-door election campaign, people from different communities were joining the party along with their families.

Kulwant Singh said the AAP cadre was campaigning in a policy manner on the basis of Arvind Kejriwal’s Delhi model.
