The prosecution has conducted the examination-in-chief today of a person who was working as servant in the house of the deceased. The CBI in the chargesheet had claimed that a day before the alleged murder, Kalyani Singh again came to the office of deceased around 1 pm.

On that day the servant of the deceased was also present in the office. He took out some equipment kept in the basement of the building to be taken to the house of Sippy Sidhu. Kalyani Singh took the servant to the house of the deceased to drop him along with the equipment.

After their departure Sippy was present on the ground floor of the office building. He seemed upset over Kalyani’s behaviour. On being asked by the witness Sippy informed him that Kalyani was pressuring him for marriage and also threatening him. However, the deceased was confident that he would overcome this situation and would pacify her.

The CBI also claimed in the chargesheet that the mother of the deceased corroborated the version of the servant that the deceased had left his residence in the evening of September 20, 2015, for the Sector 27 park to meet Kalyani.
