Six DSPs transferred

Six DSPs have been transferred by the UT Police in a reshuffle. P Abhinandan, previously DSP operation cell, has been transferred to DSP Headquarters, Economic Offence Wing.

Vikas Sheokand, who was DSP, India Reserve Battalion (IRB), with additional charge of Security, Headquarters, and PCC, is now posted as DSP Traffic and will also hold the additional charge of the operation cell. A Venkatesh, currently OSD Vigilance, has been assigned cyber cell and IT responsibilities in addition to Vigilance.

Dhiraj Kumar, earlier in the traffic wing, has been given the charge of crime and will also hold additional responsibilities for ANTF and PCC. Vijay Singh, who was temporarily handling the charge of DSP north-east, has now been officially posted to the position. Lakshay Pandey has been assigned DSP Traffic duties, along with additional charge of the IRB.
