Two UT police have arrested two snatchers and recovered three stolen mobile phones, two scooters and a rickshaw.
Ashok Kumar of Sector 38 had reported that his scooter was stolen from near his house on February 24. The police registered a case at the Sector 39 police station.
During the investigation, a team of the District Crime Cell (DCC) nabbed Ganesh, alias Kalu (19); and Dharmender, alias Mota (20), both residents of the Dhanas EWS Colony.
