The boys’ U-17 badminton team of St John’s High School, Sector 26, defeated Sri Guru Gobind Singh Collegiate Public School, Sector 26, to win the title on the concluding day of the CBSE Badminton Tournament: Cluster XVII (Boys), at Manav Mangal Smart School. The hosts and Alliance International School, Banur (Patiala), claimed the joint third position.

In the boys’ U-14 final, DAV Public School, Sector 39, defeated SGGS Collegiate Public School. Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Sector 69, and Amity International School, Sector 79, were the joint third position holders. SGGS Collegiate Public School won the boys’ U-19 final by defeating Shemrock School. CM Public School, Rajpura, and Alliance International School bagged the joint third position.
