The Punjab Food and Drugs Department today seized a large quantity of food supplements, anabolic steroids, allopathic medicines, injectables, packing material and other drugs from a flat in Shiva Homes in Singhpura.

The police had received a tip-off about gangster Lovish Griver and his accomplice Gurpreet Singh reportedly storing the drugs in the area.

Grover, wanted for heinous crimes, was shot in the leg during an encounter with the Mohali police at Shiva Homes on VIP Road on Friday night.
