The primary aim of the Student Police Cadet Programme is to build a stronger connection between the police and the general public through students, while nurturing socially responsible and disciplined citizens. The training focused on four core stages: drill, first aid, disaster management, and traffic awareness.

During the awareness campaign, Platoon Commander/Sub-Inspector Sandeep Sharma provided students with basic drill training to instil discipline and encourage teamwork. The session also included practical demonstrations of first aid techniques to equip students and school staff with the knowledge to respond to emergencies.

Furthermore, students were trained on protective measures to be taken before, during, and after air raids, helping them understand disaster response in the context of wartime or emergency situations. The aim was to ensure that in the event of any national emergency, students could contribute effectively to internal security and social harmony as volunteer cadets working alongside the police.

The Student Police Cadet initiative also sought to motivate students to combat social evils and promote positive societal change. During the campaign, Head Constable Roop Singh from Surajpur Police Station and Head Constable Sarabjeet from the IRAD branch were also present.
