Chandigarh, March 1

Chandigarh Amateur Boxing Association (CABA) is going to conduct 37th sub-junior boys and 18th sub-junior girls Chandigarh State Boxing Championship at Sports Complex, Sector-56, Chandigarh on March 7-8.

Boxers aged between 13 and 14 years (born between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011) will be eligible to participate.

Interested players must bring their passport size photograph, birth certificate, Aadhaar, residence proof certificate, school identity card and handbook of BFI. Participants can file their entries on the spot on March 6.

Championship shall be held in 14 weight categories 33-35Kg, 37kg, 40kg, 43kg, 46kg, 49kg, 52 kg, 55kg, 58kg, 61kg, 64kg, 67kg, 70kg, +70kg.

Selected players will participate in 3rd Sub Junior Boy’s National Boxing Championship and 3rd Sub Junior Girl’s National Boxing Championship to be held from March 19 to March 25 in Greater Noida, UP.
