Tributes were paid to The Tribune founder Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia on the 143rd anniversary of the publication here today.

A great visionary and philanthropist, Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia founded The Tribune on February 2, 1881, in Lahore.

The Tribune Trustee Gurbachan Jagat, Editor-in-Chief Rajesh Ramachandran, General Manager Amit Sharma, Dainik Tribune Editor Naresh Kaushal and Punjabi Tribune officiating Editor Arvinder Kaur Johal paid tributes to the group’s visionary founder. Hundreds of group employees also paid homage to the founder.
