Chandigarh, February 29

In a testament to the thriving real estate market in the tricity region, The Tribune, a premier English daily of North India, is set to host the 4th edition of The Tribune Realty Expo at the Sector 34 exhibition ground here from March 1 to 3.

Punjab Chief Secretary Anurag Verma will inaugurate the event.

The expo, which had successful editions in 2019, 2020 and 2023, continues to be the region’s largest real estate event, showcasing a spectrum of residential and commercial projects.

Recognising the changing dynamics and growing demand in the housing sector, the expo serves as a crucial platform for serious developers and buyers alike. The event offers attendees a unique opportunity to explore a diverse range of real estate projects, from mid-range to luxury, all under one roof.

Renowned real estate companies and leading banks providing housing finance options will participate in the expo, which will remain open from 11 am to 7 pm on all three days. Key exhibitors include Hampton Sky Reality Ltd, Janta Land Promoters Ltd, Omaxe Group, PCL Housing and Credai Punjab. The expo is powered by Hampton Sky Reality Ltd as the main sponsor.

The event aims to bridge the gap between the real estate industry players and potential homebuyers, fostering interaction and providing insights into the latest market trends.
