The police said the accused, Akeel, alias Mulla (24), and Akbar Khan (23), both residents of Nayagaon, were nabbed near the Haryana Chief Minister’s residence. A stolen mobile phone and the motorcycle used in the crime were recovered from them.

The police produced both accused before the court yesterday and the judge sent Akeel to one-day police remand. His interrogation led to the recovery of four mobile phones and a scooter that were stolen from the Mauli Jagran police station.
