Tribune Real Estate Expo ends with bumper response

Three-day event attracts more than 3,000 visitors

The Tribune Real Estate Expo 2025 concluded with an overwhelming response, attracting more than 3,000 visitors over three days. The event, held at the Sector 34 exhibition ground, brought together homebuyers, investors, developers and financial experts, reinforcing its status as the region’s premier real estate gathering.

The final day witnessed a surge in footfall, with attendees actively engaging in expert consultations, live product demonstrations and financial advisory sessions.

Commercial projects such as AeroPlaza by Shudh Gold provide an opportunity for investment as well as business expansion. Located in G Block Aerocity, Jaspreet Kaur, General Manager of Sales, shared, “The buyers have trust because it is being made on the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority’s auctioned land and puts you on the 200ft wide road for accessibility. Spread over about 5-acre land, we have 436 units with 3 acre front for ample parking space for office owners and shoppers.”

Another project on Airport Road is by JLPL in Sector 66. The high-end Falcon View project by JLPL lives by the words, ‘Greenery is luxury’. Pooja Kochhar, Deputy General Manager and Head of Sales, said, “In the 34-acre project, 18 acres of lush green area is assigned. Our club house is fully operational built on 1.5 lakh sq ft area with more than 56 amenities. Currently, we are selling units at towers O, T and U, which is phase 4 of the project. It’s ready to move in project and about 800 families are already residing in the property.”

Speaking of the lush area, Forest Hill Golf and Country Club has also become one of the exiting luxury living destinations amid nature near Chandigarh. They have exiting ready-to-use farm-stay cottages, with an approved eco-tourism project spread over 2,000 acres, next to 10,000-acre Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary. It strictly deals in farm house and cottages.

Channel Partners such as Das Associates, Keys Multiplier LLP explained about the trends in property sales and claimed that in next five years the real estate market will grow immensely in the tricity region. Gaurav Sharma, owner of Keys Multilpier LLP, shared, “We not only have properties for buyers in the tricity region, but also have offices in Gurugram, Noida, Patna and overseas, in Dubai.”

Talking about the comparison between tier 1 cities like Delhi-NCR region with tier 3 city like Chandigarh, Sharma shared that whatever has been done and experimented in the former is now only beginning to be incorporated by builders here.

As far as banks are concerned, Indian Bank, located in Bank Square, Sector 17, became part of the expo for the first time. Nidhi Gupta, Chief Manager RAP, said, “There’s a misconception among public that we do not provide home loan. By being part of the expo helped us in conveying that it is a wrong notion. We give loans in one-day time provided the legal evaluation of the property is complete.”

Plethora of buying options were available for investors under one roof. Royale Estate Group’s Royale City offered residential plots ranging from 100, 125, 150, 200 to 250 sq yards. Not just that independent floors (3bhk+store room), villas (3BHK + 3 washrooms) and studio apartments (500 sq ft) are also available. They have properties in Sector 122, Greater Mohali Area and on Ziarkpur-Banur highway. Around Zirakpur and Panchkula, projects like, Gulnaar Serene, The Ethereal, EL Spazia(elite Spanish homes), NK Sharma Group’s Savitry Greens and Savitry Greens 2 and SkyTouch are offering 3BHK and above spaces recognizing the modern need of people to have a spacious house in affordable pricing.

Other developers, including Omaxe, Manohar Infrastructure & Constructions, Regal Residency and Divine Group, presented high-end and affordable housing options.

As curtains draw on the highly successful expo, it left a lasting impact, strengthening its reputation as a must-attend event for those seeking lucrative and reliable property investment.
