Gurbir Singh Sandhu, the counsel for Satwinder Singh, argued that the complainant had failed to identify the accused persons.

After hearing of the arguments, the court acquitted the duo. The court observed that the prosecution had failed to bring home the guilt of the accused beyond shadow of reasonable doubt. — TNS
