Two flights were cancelled while 36 were delayed due to various reasons, including low visibility, at the SBSI Airport here on Friday. Many flights were from two to three hours behind schedule.

The first flight to depart (to Delhi) at 6:55 am from the airport left at 7:48 am. The first flight to touch down here (from Delhi) reached at 9:59 am. The departing flight to Lucknow was late by 4.30 hours. The departing morning flights to Bengaluru, Mumbai and Goa were delayed by three-four hours.

Only three flights could depart on time.
