Two vehicle thieves arrested in Zirakpur
Police arrested two alleged vehicle lifted and recovered five stolen motorcycle from their possession in Zirakpur today.
The accused, who have been identified as Harjinder Singh, and Sukhwinder Singh of Lalru, were booked at the Zirakpur police station.
The complainant, Sunil Kumar of Amravati, Panchkula, a delivery boy, said he had come to the VIP Road for a delivery around 11 pm and parked his vehicle near Hollywood Plaza. Upon his return, he found it to have been stolen.
“Upon questioning, four more bikes were recovered from the accused,” Zirakpur station house officer Jaskanwal Singh Shekhon said. — TNS
