The 49th Rose Festival, organised by the Department of Tourism, UT, and Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi, culminated at the Government Museum & Art Gallery in Sector 10 here today.

During the four-day festival, which began on February 26, several events such as art installation workshop, wooden sculpture installation, paint art studio, print media workshop and photography exhibition were held. The light and sound show on a wall of the museum was the most eye catching event. UT Adviser Manoj Parida, who was the chief guest, honoured the artists who depicted their work in various categories.
