UT Adviser Manoj Parida inaugurated a fitness centre at the UT Guest House here yesterday.

The centre is spread across 2,500 sq ft area and is open to the house guests. It is equipped with the state-of-the-art paraphernalia such as treadmill, multi-station gym, elliptical cross trainer, recumbent bike Aerofit, recumbent bike Avon, dumbell, hexagon dumbbell, dumbell rack, flat bench, abdominal decline bench, skipping rope, yoga mat and gym ball. The centre will be open from 6 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 9 pm and has one trainer, one attendant. — TNS
