The UT Administration is unlikely to change the city’s status from red to orange zone soon.

A senior official said there was no immediate plan to rid the city of the red zone tag. It would not be right to bring the city in the orange zone at this juncture when new cases were coming up every day.

Sources said the Administration could take a decision on Monday to remove a few more pockets from the buffer zone of Bapu Dham Colony as no new case had been reported from these areas. — TNS
