The day was marked by a wide range of engaging activities, including live product demonstrations and one-on-one consultations with top developers and financial institutions. One of the key highlights was a session on evolving trends in sustainable housing and commercial development. Leading developers highlighted how eco-friendly designs are becoming increasingly central to the region’s real estate landscape.

For instance, Hampton Sky Realty Limited (HSRL) showcased its commitment to sustainability with over 40 acres of land, 26 acres of which are dedicated to green industries. The remaining 14 acres feature affordable residential zones, offering high-rise apartments in studio, 2-BHK, and 3-BHK configurations.

Rahul Sharma, Manager of Sales, stated, “No other project provides a school, hospital, industries, and a mall within its property. In a place like Ludhiana, where many big and small industries and hosiery factories are established, we have created a greener solution for commercial and residential blocks to coexist.”

HSRL’s Hampton Business Park, Hampton Plaza, Narayana School, an under-construction Narayana Healthcare Specialty Hospital, and Hampton Farms, which will offer 20 farmhouses, are among the projects on display.

Prominent builders, including Omaxe, Royale Estate Group, JLPL, Forest Hill Golf and Country Club, Aero Plaza, and others, continued to attract potential buyers with in-depth presentations on their flagship projects. Special focus was placed on both high-end developments and those aimed at affordable housing solutions.

The Sanjeev Baboota and Vivek Kohli-led Subhash Mangat and Group also participated in the Expo. Merushri Baboota, Director of Organisational Development, shared, “We have expanded to areas like Dera Bassi, Kurali, and New Chandigarh. Our aim is to guide people towards the right investment opportunities, ensuring they get the best returns with minimal risk. We represent over 30 real estate projects, focusing on commercial, residential, and industrial properties. We only take on projects that meet our 99% satisfaction standard, ensuring each one is reliable, valuable, and worth investing in.”

“The response today has been phenomenal,” remarked Maninder Singh, Sales Manager from Escon Primera, located on Airport Road in Mohali. “Homebuyers and investors are not just looking for property options; they are seeking clarity and transparency, which this platform is successfully offering. We use mivan construction, a modern and efficient method that utilizes aluminum formwork to build walls, floors, and ceilings.”

The expo’s financial partners, including State Bank of India, UCO Bank, IDBI Bank, and Indian Bank, maintained a strong presence, offering valuable advice on mortgage plans, loan eligibility, and interest rates. Experts helped attendees navigate the complexities of real estate financing, ensuring potential buyers felt more confident in making informed decisions.

An official from SBI shared that home loan interest rates will drop from 8.45% to 8.25% in March. With over 76 SBI-approved real estate projects in the Tricity, these properties are guaranteed to be free of legal issues. UCO Bank also offered insights into their swift loan approval process, taking just 2-3 days for approved projects.

For many visitors, the expo proved to be an invaluable opportunity to explore a variety of offerings under one roof. “It’s been incredibly useful to compare different financing options and explore numerous projects in such a short span of time. The Expo has made my home-buying journey much easier,” said Surinder Kumar, an aspiring homeowner.

The event is powered by Tiara by Sham Exotic Group and supported by Subhash Mangat & Group, with notable sponsorship from Hampton Sky Realty Limited.
