The Tribune Realty Expo 2024 commenced its fourth edition at Sector 34 Ground in Chandigarh today. Punjab Chief Secretary Anurag Verma was the chief guest at the inaugural session.

Verma engaged in insightful interactions with exhibitors and enquired about current market scenario from real estate professionals. During one of these interactions, Verma specifically enquired about the ongoing developments in New Chandigarh, showcasing a keen interest in evolving real estate landscape.

Running from 11 am to 7 pm, the expo offers a comprehensive platform for leading real estate companies to showcase their projects. Besides, it serves as a valuable resource for potential homebuyers, allowing them to explore various projects under a single roof and interact directly with industry experts.

Noteworthy participants at the expo include Hampton Sky Reality Ltd, Janta Land Promoters Ltd, Omaxe Group, PCL Housing, Credai Punjab, IDBI Bank and SBI Bank, demonstrating a diverse array of offerings from mid-range to luxury segments. The expo will conclude on March 3.

Gagandeep, Senior Sales Executive at JLPL, said he noted a number of visitors keenly enquiring about accommodation options catering to both end users looking for affordable homes and those eyeing investments.

The opening day witnessed bustling activity with exhibitors like Divine Home, Orbit, Das Associates, Canara Bank, AIPL, Royal Estate, Bhutani Infra and many more actively engaging with visitors. Banking giants such as Canara Bank and IDBI Bank said they stand ready to provide housing finance options for interested customers.

As the real estate market experiences robust demand across housing segments, The Tribune Realty Expo 2024 emerges as a pivotal platform for mutual benefit, fostering connections between the real estate sector and end consumers.
