Wastage of resources

Recently, I saw various civil dispensaries in Chandigarh being painted yellow. I was astonished at the sheer wastage of resources. Also, yellow is against the basic character of the city. Most buildings in Chandigarh either have a cement facade or brick colour. Moreover, most of the old dispensaries, like the one in Sector 19 are in a dilapidated condition. So rather than wasting money on repainting, their functioning could have been improved. — Harmandeep Singh Gill, Chandigarh
