Work to install Rs 17.5L equipment begins at gaushala
Area Councillor Gurpreet Singh Gabi, along with senior citizens, today inaugurated the work for the installation of electrical equipment at a gaushala in Sector 45 at a cost of Rs 17.5 lakh.
Various works related to power supply and installation of electrical equipment, including new fans, lights and wiring cables, across the gaushala will be undertaken. A new earthing system will also be installed to protect cattle from electric shocks or any other electrical hazards.
Gabi said CCTV cameras will be placed inside and outside the gaushala to monitor ongoing activities and keep an eye on visitors. The initiative aims at ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the gaushala, he added. On the occasion, Gabi said approximately Rs 5 crore worth of work had been completed at the gaushala so far.
