Chandigarh, December 29
The Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) organised a workshop on stress management here.
PK Khurana, public relations consultant, was the key speaker. He not only explained how to manage stress, but also went deeper and shared tools to manage one’s guilt and anger as well.
He said, “Stress may force one to take extreme steps. There is a big difference between being successful and being happy. The goal of my life is to spread happiness and to remove the mental garbage from people’s souls. I thank the CMA for giving me this opportunity to take my life’s purpose forward.”
Manjeev Kumar Vohra, president, CMA, said, “We have been planning to conduct such a workshop for our members for a long time and it so happened that a premier medical journal, namely, Lancet Psychiatry, carried out a report on mental health. It has been found that one out of every seven Indians is suffering from mental illness. It inspired us to organise such a workshop.” — TNS
