Chandigarh: A 19-year-old youth has been arrested by the local police with ganja. According to the police, Aman, a resident of Ram Darbar, Phase II, was arrested from near the Hallo Majra bus stop with 436 gm of ganja. A case under the NDPS Act has been registered against him at the Sector 31 police station. TNS
