Robbers loot elderly trader

New Delhi: Three robbers threw red chili powder on a 65-year-old shopkeeper’s eyes and decamped with the cash box in Jahangirpuri area, the police said on Friday. The incident took place while the victim, Suresh Chand, was at his shop in E Block, Jahangirpuri, they said. PTI

Yamuna water level falls

New Delhi: The water level of the Yamuna in Delhi on Friday dropped below the warning mark, settling at 204.49 m at the Old Railway Bridge, official said. The discharge from the Hathni Kund Barrage stood at 21,034 cusecs. PTI
