Observers have been tasked with reviewing the activities of local units, gathering feedback and submitting detailed reports within a month on strengthening party functioning. A roadmap for reorganisation, monthly meetings and formation of new teams at the block and district levels was outlined. Reports of such meetings are to be submitted to the DPCC office within 3-5 days.
