Embrace a fearless attitude
Fear of failure is killer of growth, fear of failure is killer of innovation, every failure has to be taken as a stepping stone. — Jagdeep Dhankhar, Vice-President
Addressing the students, Dhankhar underscored their pivotal role as stakeholders in democracy and encouraged them to be ambitious in pursuing their goals. He highlighted the existing ecosystem that empowers them to harness their talents and realise their full potential. “It is time for you to think big, time for you to think the way you want to think,” he added.
He expressed confidence in the students’ ability to lead India towards becoming a developed nation, emphasising the transformative impact of education in fostering equality in society. He hailed girls’ education as a revolutionary force capable of reshaping epochs and driving societal progress.
He said the current era, termed as ‘Amrit Kaal’, is a period of hope and immense possibilities. “India is already a global economy and favourite destination for investment and opportunities. Our growth is unrivalled, the world is looking at us,” he added.
The V-P encouraged the students to embrace a fearless attitude towards failure. He emphasised that fear of failure stifles growth and innovation.
