Delhi Metro to conduct online customer satisfaction survey
New Delhi, July 14
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is set to conduct its “10th Online Customer Satisfaction Survey – 2024” from July 15 to August 14. The objective of the survey is to collect detailed feedback from commuters on several aspects related to the Metro services and facilities.
Through a comprehensive questionnaire, officials will gather opinions and suggestions from Metro users on seven key areas — the availability and accessibility of services, quality of customer facilities, adequacy of information provided, overall service quality, customer service experiences, conditions outside Metro stations, and security, safety and comfort offered by the Metro.
Commuters interested in participating in the survey can visit the DMRC’s official website, www.delhimetrorail.com, and submit their feedback by clicking on the links provided on the home page. The form will be available in both English and Hindi languages to ensure it is accessible to a wide audience.
DMRC Principal Executive Director of Corporate Communications Anuj Dayal said, “The survey is being organised to understand what passengers think of the services being provided to them. The results will be crucial in assessing and making necessary improvements in Metro services.”
