Days after wanted gangster Harpreet Singh, alias Happy Passia, who reportedly plotted 14 terrorist attacks in Punjab and is suspected to have collaborated with Pakistan's ISI and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), was arrested by the FBI, it's chief Kash Patel on Tuesday lauded the agency's efforts, calling it "excellent work from all".

In a post on X, Patel said, "CAPTURED: HARPREET SINGH, part of an alleged foreign terrorist gang here illegally in the United States, who we believe was involved in planning multiple attacks on police stations both in India and the United States. @FBISacramento conducted the investigation coordinating with our partners locally as well as in India."

"Excellent work from all, and justice will be done," he added.

The FBI will continue finding those who perpetrate violence — no matter where they are, Patel said.

On April 18, Passia had been arrested from Sacramento, US by the FBI.
