After the pilots saw the crack, they wanted to return to Delhi but could not do so due to heavy rain on Wednesday afternoon, the officials said, adding the A320neo plane was then diverted to Jaipur.

A Go First’s spokesperson said, “The pilot in command was well experienced and handled the issue diligently.”

On Tuesday, Go First’s Mumbai-Leh and Srinagar-Delhi flights faced snags and were grounded.
