According to a fire officer, a sudden fire broke out in a warehouse in the industrial area at 8:40 am. After the alert was sounded at the fire brigade control room, fire engines from the Manesar fire station led by fire officer Lalit Kumar reached the spot. Due to the severity of the fire, fire engines were called in from nearby Gurugram, Manesar and Pataudi fire stations. The warehouse contained thousands of metric tonnes of clothes and shoes due to which the fire spread rapidly.
