North-East Delhi MP Manoj Tiwari released a charge sheet against the AAP government on Friday, accusing it of failing to address the development needs of the region.

Addressing a press conference in Yamuna Vihar, he highlighted issues, including inadequate water supply, drainage problem, deteriorating roads and weak public transport system, which he claimed had plagued the area under the government. He alleged that despite repeated requests from three BJP MLAs in the region, the government deliberately obstructed progress in their constituencies.

“The AAP government has failed to provide basic amenities across all 10 constituencies in North-East Delhi,” Tiwari said. “Shortage of drinking water, drainage problem, broken roads and lack of public toilets, especially in slums, add to the woes of residents in areas like Burari, Timarpur, Mustafabad, Seelampur, Babarpur, Gokalpur and Seemapuri.”
