The meeting, held at Raj Niwas, was attended by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, District Magistrates, Deputy Commissioners, DCPs and heads of key civic departments. The focus was on streamlining sanitation, curbing illegal dumping and removing encroachments across Delhi.

Sirsa said the city’s top leadership issued “firm, clear, and uncompromising directions” that no construction debris (malba), garbage piles, or encroachments would be tolerated going forward.
