Deepika, who took the ride, said she enjoyed the ride. “It was my first experience. I was bit nervous in the starting, but as soon as the balloon lifted off, I could clearly see Humanyu Tomb. Sunset view cannot be described in words. It was the best sunset I ever saw,” she said.

“The ticket is a bit expensive. The DDA should reduce the price so that more and more people can experience this ride,” Deepika added.

Niranjan, who came to enjoy the ride with his son Naksh Anand, said it was a unique experience for them. “We could see beautiful view of the city from the balloon,” Niranjan said.

Anil Jain, a resident of Rajouri Garden, is in his 80s and said he had come to witness the activity out of curiosity. “This is only the second time I have seen something like this here. I had taken a hot air balloon ride nearly 25 years ago near the Red Fort,” he said.
