Man crushed to death by bus

The deceased has been identified as Dashrath Singh Ojha, a resident of Vikas Nagar in West Delhi.
He was on his way to his duty as a security guard at ESIC Hospital when the accident took place near Tehkhand Bus Depot around 2:50 pm.
According to the police, Ojha was riding his bike towards the ESIC red light when a bus, coming from the Tehkhand side, hit his two-wheeler. He came under the rear tyre of the bus and died on the spot.
The bus was allegedly being driven by Rama Kant, a resident of Mohan Baba Nagar in Badarpur.
After getting information, the police rushed to the spot. The crime team inspected the scene, took photographs, and collected exhibits along with the victim’s personal belongings.
Ojha’s body has been sent to the mortuary for post-mortem examination.
The police said a case has been registered and the bus driver has been arrested. The motorcycle and the offending vehicle had been seized.
