According to the police, the child was playing outside his home in Vinay Enclave on Sunday evening when the dog suddenly emerged from a neighbour’s house and attacked him. The dog had been brought home around one-and-a-half years ago by Pal’s son, Sachin, who is currently in jail in an attempt-to-murder case.
