A seven-year-old girl was kidnapped over a family dispute by her uncle and two others in Pataudi while she was getting off the school bus and going with her mother to her house. Upon receiving information, the police swung into action and arrested the man and rescued the girl. An FIR was registered at the Pataudi police station.
According to the complaint filed by the victim’s mother, when her seven-year-old daughter was on her way home with her on Tuesday afternoon, three people came there on a motorcycle. One of them pulled her daughter and took her away on the two-wheeler.
“I pleaded a lot and tried very hard to free my daughter from the clutches of those kidnappers, but could not succeed. I screamed for long but no one came to help and then, I finally informed the police about it,” the girl’s mother said in her complaint.
After receiving information, a police team reached the spot, and in a prompt action, police recovered the kidnapped girl in HUDA Sector 1, Pataudi area.
“An FIR was registered, and the accused was produced in a court on Wednesday and sent to judicial custody,” said a senior police official.
According to the police, a couple living in Pataudi had a love marriage nine years ago. But for some time now, there was a quarrel going on between the husband and wife. Both of them were living separately for a long time. A case is also going on between them in the women’s police station. After marriage, they had two daughters and after the case, both the daughters are living with their mother.
