Minister addresses public grievances
Delhi’s Minister for Social Welfare, SC/ST Welfare, Elections and Cooperation Ravinder Indraj Singh conducted a public hearing at the BJP State Office on Pandit Pant Marg here on Sunday. Citizens brought forth their grievances, suggestions, and demands during the hearing.
During the session, the Cabinet Minister issued on-the-spot instructions to departments concerned to address the issues raised by the public.
Emphasising the government’s commitment to responsive governance, Singh said: “Timely redressal of public grievances is the core objective of public service.”
He said the government was working to ensure the welfare of all sections of society through public participation and transparent processes. Officials were directed to prioritise the complaints received during the hearing.
The minister also interacted with attendees and informed them about various government schemes related to pensions and scholarships. He shared details of upcoming initiatives aimed at social welfare.
“Such public hearings reflect the government’s continuous efforts towards social justice and inclusive development,” he remarked.
