The complaint, submitted on June 6 to the Chief Secretary of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), seeks immediate suspension and a vigilance inquiry.

Ahlawat, who represents Sultapur Majra constituency in North West Delhi, claims Singh has held a “sensitive” post for over five years, in contravention of the Central Vigilance Commission’s (CVC) guidelines that mandate rotation every three years to prevent vested interests.

“This prolonged tenure has facilitated corruption within the Anganwadi programme in my Assembly constituency,” Ahlawat alleged.

The complaint alleges that Singh demanded bribes for vendor approvals, resulting in substandard food supplies reaching children.
