Addressing the audience, Dhankhar reflected on India’s rich civilisational ethos, urging the youth to embrace the spirit of Viksit Bharat. He emphasised the importance of accountability and transparency in governance, lauding the government’s efforts to combat corruption and uphold the rule of law.

Highlighting the transformative potential of technology, Dhankhar encouraged the youth to harness disruptive innovations for societal progress. He envisioned India’s leadership in leveraging advancements in artificial intelligence, quantum computing and digital technologies to redefine industries and enhance security.
