Launched in 2022–23 by the Office of the Dean Students’ Welfare (DSW), the initiative provides both undergraduate and postgraduate students an opportunity to understand the functioning of different sectors within the university system.

The scheme includes two formats — a Part-Time Internship during the academic session and a Summer Internship during the vacation. The part-time internship runs for six months, requiring 8–10 flexible working hours per week with a stipend of Rs 5,775 per month, while the summer internship lasts two months with 20 working hours per week and a stipend of Rs 11,000 per month.

Selected interns will soon be placed across more than 55 offices within the university.
