Property tax offices to remain open on March 31

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has announced that all property tax offices at zonal offices and headquarters will remain open on March 31, despite it being a gazetted holiday. The offices will function from 10 am to 5 pm to facilitate taxpayers in filing their property tax returns.

Civic body officials said the decision was taken to provide additional convenience to property owners and occupiers, ensuring they meet the deadline for tax payments. Property owners are advised to clear their dues and file their returns on or before March 31 to avoid penalties.
