The Gurugram police arrested three drug peddlers from different areas of the city on Thursday. A total of 3.06 gm of smack and 11.308 kg of illegal marijuana have been recovered from their possession.

According to the police, one of the accused identified as Rahul Shokeen, a resident of Jharsa village, was arrested by a team of the Sadar police station from near Delhi Public School, Sector 47. A total of 3.06 gm of smack was recovered from his possession.

The second accused, identified as Shyam Sunder Paswan, a native of Madhubani district in Bihar, was arrested by a team of Sector 53 police station from Wazirabad and 9.25 kg of marijuana was recovered from his possession.

The third drug peddler, identified as Prashant of Madhubani in Bihar, was arrested from the Khandsa road and 2.58 kg of marijuana was recovered from his possession.

A police spokesperson said three FIRs have been registered against the accused.
