Udgaar-2025 sets Guinness record for largest participation in drug-free drive

ISKCON’s annual youth festival, Udgaar-2025, recently inked history at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, drawing over 15,000 participants and earning a Guinness World Record for the largest participation in a drug-free campaign.

The festival, themed “Culture and wellness”, aimed to promote discipline, positivity, and a drug-free lifestyle among youngsters.

Union Minister of Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya were the chief guests at the event.

The programme featured several performances, including a ‘Crazy Hoppers’ dance showcase, mime performances by the YMCA and Delhi University students, and a drone show. Motivational speakers Vivek Bindra, Amogh Leela Prabhu, Rukmini Krishna Prabhu, and Sundar Gopal Prabhu addressed the gathering on leadership, self-development, and personal growth.

Loknath Swami Maharaj performed devotional music, while social media influencers Kuldeep Singhania, Sonu Sharma, RJ Raunak, Nitesh Soni, and Alakh Pandey exhorted participants to embrace positivity, discipline, and a drug-free life.
