India-origin Microsoft engineer found dead at Silicon Valley campus

He had entered the building the previous evening and was discovered early the next morning

Pratik Pandey, a 35-year-old software engineer at Microsoft, was found dead at the company’s Silicon Valley office on August 20.

He had entered the building the previous evening and was discovered early the next morning. Authorities found no signs of foul play.

Pandey worked on Microsoft Fabric and had previously held roles at Walmart and Apple, reports NDTV Profit.

A graduate of San Jose State University, he was known for working late hours. His family is arranging for his body to be returned to India.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
